Description

This single origin coffee from South Cotabato of Mindanao is rich and chocolatey with considerable depth of flavor, a very smooth velvety body, and a clean caramel and cocoa finish with low acidity.

Varietal – Mysore

Elevation – 914 – 1,828 masl

Process – Wet

Drying – Sun dried

Recommended roast level – Light to Medium

Recommended Brew Method(s) – Pour-Over, and Drip

This is a special Mysore varietal coffee.  Wet process gives very clean and smooth taste.  Our coffee is known to be a new taste sensation. We strive for a fresh cup of coffee to bring out the complex flavors by roasting to order.
