Cordilleran Coffee varietals are grown in the Cordillera highlands of the northern Philippines. They are rich and chocolatey with considerable depth of flavor, a very smooth velvety body, and a clean caramel and cocoa finish with low acidity. Medium to Dark roast is recommended.

Cotabatonian Coffee

Cotabatonian Coffee varietals are grown predominant in the South Cotabato region of Mindanao in the Philippines. They are rich and have hint of Cacao and Muscovado. Medium to Dark roast is recommended.

Special Limited Coffee

This signature special blend is produced exclusively from the coffee beans of the Philippines. They are carefully blended to give a deep flavor and smooth finish. Light to Medium roast is recommended.
